2022 Elite kits arriving

Million-miler hubby hasn't received his 2022 package and his only card expired 2021-12-31. I see above some have received their 2022 packages, though 75K is mentioned, not 50K. Are others waiting for their 50K or is he the only one?

Honest question, why does anyone need a physical card? I have not had one for several years and it has never been an issue, including accessing far flung *A partner airline lounges.

In theory, if the *G status is on the BP, even the digital card shouldn't be necessary.
But try having that argument with some officious agent who insists on a physical card (which happens not infrequently with some of the Germanic *A partners). Maybe you'll win it in the end, maybe you won't.
But if you have the physical card with you, there's no problem.
At some point, that's likely to change, but until then, I hope AC keeps sending out the physical cards.

35K, 50K, and 75K (dating back to 2021 as well). I’ve received the eupgrade credits, elite bonuses, MLL passes, and seating benefits, so I’m not overly worried about the kit.
I am still missing many elite bonus points from 2021 when I transitioned between tiers. The Aeroplan contact who has been working on my file since last summer has said that there are many others in my situation as well, but still no action yet. I’ll wait a few more weeks and fire off another email then.

i wonder if your Aeroplan contact is now phone pals with a bunch of newly minted SEs out there
not that my sitatuion was exactly the same as yours, but one year i didn't get my bonus points until over half a year after selecting my benefits...

I should hit SE by early summer, so I’m really hoping it will resolve itself by then!
