Certain 75K Select Benefits Missing or are Incorrect
I have been offered these incorrect Selection Benefits:
- 1500 Status Qualifying Miles (should not be offered in the first place)
- 10 eUpgrade credits (should be 35 credits)
The 75% bonus and E35K for a Friend are what I ended up selecting, but when I click "Confirm", I get the red error bar and nothing happens.

My eup nominee does not work. I can enter the info, but get an error when I try to submit it. Has been like that for 10 days.

Incredible.... I can now see my selected benefits when I click on the "benefit history" button.....But still have the "Choose benefits" button on my dashboard !
And no sign of the chosen benefits anywhere else....
It's a real SNAFU....

@TTC900Rocket, or anyone else reporting new issues, please feel free to add them to the wiki. This might make it easier for people to see whether their problem has already been reported.

Status selection seems to work now. Still lots of bugs here and there, but better than it being completely borked.

Unless one needs the benefits right away, it might make sense to just wait to choose. Maybe (?) the IT issues will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time and the benefits can be chosen later. I don't think that there is a deadline.

I’m waiting to choose benefits. I think cow said somewhere that if you wait til end of year the eups will roll over to 2024. I have more than enough eups for this year so why bother? I would like to know if the 100% mile bonus I picked on Dec 25 has rolled over. If not that may change my mind. Probably have to call to find that out? Don’t think you can see that on the site?

Bundle 1 benefit
I’ve searched the AC website and haven’t been able to clarify what the E75 75% bonus is. Is this status miles or redeemable miles?
TIA
