Additional info I received from Halo:
Our Bistro is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 am for Breakfast all week and on weekend it is also open for brunch from 11:00 am until 2:00pm. Halo Lounge is open from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm seven days a week. Please note our service style has been changed little bit because of the Covid Protocols and restrictions from the Alberta Health Department and Marriott International.
All the guests has to wear the masks while they are in public area.
Please keep a COVID Vaccine Proof to show at the Hostess desk in Lounge, mandatory from Alberta Govt.

I had originally booked YYC-YVR-YEG because, you know, UFP. Was debating changing to 8136 since @King Chung Huang and @D582 were doing that. But my YYC-YVR just got upgauged to a 789, and I've always wanted to fly a widebody on that route, so I think I'm going to stick with that.

I wasn't thinking outside the box well enough and had given up on the idea of flying out for this, but a $67 fare on Flair from YXX has changed my plans! If it's too many, just have them seat me at a table behind and I'll obnoxiously interject at random.

I was thinking that we first met at the famous Penguin Do at Fairmont YVR in March 2015 and had a few occasions since to meet again. I also look forward to hearing about your $67 Flair flight. YEG seems to be the only airport I get to see their birds up close given the airport gate and window design.
