Anyone experienced this error message when trying to log in?
A blank (white) webpage with this text: "{"Message":"User: anonymous is not authorized to perform: execute-api:Invoke on resource: arn:aws:execute-api:ca-central-1:********8704:uamgelzn6a/prd/GET/pages/proxy with an explicit deny"}"

Any way to get out of it? Tried incognito, fresh browser, mobile app - nothing works.

The sites been down for 4 days now. How can an airline stay in business with service like this?

I don't have a solution for this, but I was able to login and make my reward booking this morning. I can't access the booking from "my bookings" though, stuck in "Loading the booking details page". Oh well.

Is there a way to select seats if the Aeroplan site is not working for seat selection?

I cannot sign in, get "General Server Error"

My wife and I each got an email from AC, for our respective bookings (same flights) that our outbound flight YYZ-MSY on Jan. 7 got cancelled but no new flight, and our return flight on Jan 18 (also showed original return flight on Jan 16) got cancelled and got changed to a later flight that day.

Jan. 16 flight got changed to Jan. 18?!?

But I cannot sign on to AC to see what's available.

Even Aeroplan related connections are failing. I’m trying to use the estore and can’t connect either. Maybe they are experiencing a DDOS attack or just hammered with people looking to cancel or change bookings due to omicron fears
