Please note credit card rollovers are separate from the topic of this thread, and have a dedicated thread of their own.

You still waiting, canadiancow ? I am.
Getting anxious about the 25k + $3k additional bonus/bump I'm supposed to also get from the credit card spend. That would put me at 70k SQM and $10 SQD toward 2023, which actually seems doable.
Guess wait until the 31st and then see? Is that your plan?

Right, but the poster only achieved 35K...so at most they should be expected a bump to 50K status - depending on timing of when they earned 35K last year...but that that doesn't come with any extra miles.

If they were SE in 2020 they only had to hit 25K levels in 2021 to trigger the bump in 2022

Jumpstart SQM and SQD Appeared Today
My 25000 SQM and 3000 SQD jumpstart from AMEX got added to my account today! With my few months of flight passes this year, that puts me in fairly easy reach of SE by year end again. Looks like flying continentally and intercontinentally will start ramping up in May.
No more confined to Alberta sightseeing . . .
Still no rollover eupgrades yet (though I see some are getting them now) so everything should be sorted out by end of January as promised (well at least on the jumpstart!)

I had a call from AC today from a SQM AMEX rollover discrepancy… and I enquired about this. After some debate about the terms of the offer, they realized something was wrong. Apparently some accounts (including me) have been upgraded to… the same status level in December. They are escalating the issue with IT…

The “bump” is unrelated to rollovers. It’s a bonus for credit card signup and/or spend. SEs don’t get “bumped up”, but rather get a 25k + $3k “bonus” to “jump start” 2023 qualifying.

I got an email this morning that I am now 25k and that I can select the benefits. The problem is, I have been 25k since November and I was actually expecting to get the steo up to 35k based on the reserve card. And I cannot select any benefits, I got an error message. How should I interpret this email?

No. Although, I can see they have worked on my file since, as some numbers have been fixed. However, they may have upgraded me again to the same level, as I received a new 75k eUpgrade deposit as a selected benefit. I don't mind the extra 35 eUps... but I would like the SQx!
