Here's some pictures of the appetizer/main dish on AC311 last night. Menu said veal osso bucco but the FA said it was replaced with beef. While overcooked, the beef was pretty good, and the salmon appetizer was delicious.

I had the exact same thing on 117 last night, even the veal to beef swap.

In the past couple weeks, flew:
YWG-YVR (morning) - The usual AC omelet. Plastic cutlery and disposable napkin.
YVR-YWG (evening) - Chicken dish with a house salad, roll, and cheesecake. Plastic cutlery and disposable napkin. Cheesecake was legit.
YWG-YYC (morning) - AC omelet with fruit salad. Plastic cutlery and disposable napkin.
YYC-YEG (afternoon) - No J cabin
YEG-YVR (afternoon) - Charcuterie plate with crackers and almonds. Metal cutlery and cloth napkin.
YVR-YWG (evening) - Choice between chicken dish and a vegetarian couscous option. House salad with another slice of that bomb espresso cheesecake. Metal cutlery and cloth napkin.

I am flying Signature Class tomorrow out of YVR and while the usual 2 hot options are offered, the cold breakfast option is also available ("Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, almonds, Emmental, Cheddar, cherry tomato, crackers, Croissant, butter, jam".
Edit: I must have skimmed too quickly as the physical menu only allows one to choose from the omelette (hot choice) or the cold breakfast option.
