Aeroplan Contest - Complete 6 Activities get min. 100pts up to Grand Prize.

Looks like Air Canada released a new Aeroplan Contest:

https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...-for-more.html

Be sure to check it out for some easy points and chance to win a RT ticket somewhere where Air Canada flies!

I was soooo tempted to pick the last option for this question in their quiz:

Do note that some of the activities have to be performed on a web browser, rather than the app: flight reward search and visiting dashboard.

And for some of the activities, an ad-blocker can't be used.

Check the fine print, as ever.

And after doing everything, I noticed "The Contest is open to all Canadian residents" ...

Several of the links time out for me. For the quiz, after the last question, the Next button doesn't work, so I have no idea if it counted. I'll give it a few days.

The 5 free flights are Economy, but I can't see anywhere with fare class or e-up-ability. Interestingly the flights must be completed by December 31, 2021, but the blackout dates for many destinations go in to 2022.

The local psychic was good, but I was looking forward to a puppet show!

I had to do the quiz a second time to get past the last step.

Nice to see them using LaTeX for correct formatting of the mathematical expression.

I see no evidence of LaTeX.

The sad thing is, that would probably be about as useful as the Points Predictor Tool.

I debated adding a form to pick a route/cabin, but I don't think that would have much impact.

If you added a calendar you'd be one up on Aeroplan.

At least the quiz will give me an 18-month reset. I've been grounded since late 2019.

I see the Computer Modern font that is the LaTeX default and the super-correct mathematical typography that is the hallmark of LaTeX. Someone at Aeroplan knows this stuff!
