It was always going to be a puff piece, which is par for the course.
Most interesting takeaway: leisure/VFR travel is going to be as important as J travel for the next few years.
Can’t disagree with the logic, but degrading VFR / leisure products (aka Y) to Rouge/ Rouge-levels on mainline ... I guess they’re hoping that foreign carriers will cut capacity? Or are they going to price aggressively to compete? Really set up for interesting times on some routes if TK/AI/Chinese carriers/ME3 continue to operate as aggressively as pre-pandemic.
