I didn't realize you had to hit at least P25K to rollover any miles.
I wonder what expiry dates of threshold e-ups will be in the new program. If they expire Dec 31 instead of Feb 28 by default, they're going to need to move up the Nov 1 threshold of when they bump up the expiry date otherwise a lot of people will be pissed. They should just move to a 1 year expiry for threshold e-ups and call it a day.

I hadn't thought until the recent threads about the fallout for eUps from resetting the year end to Dec 31. I am sure there were administrative reasons that made it more attractive.
It certainly could impact holiday travel, as was mentioned above. Yes, the Feb 28 rollover probably impacted March Break travel, although the latter being a family centred date was less likely to impact upgrades even for high level elites.
I wonder if this was simply an oversight or a financial decision? I am not sure how the reset would impact revenues, but I do see how it would devalue opportunities for some who might look elsewhere. Maybe holiday flight times are more likely to fill J with revenue fares? I could book the latitude fare today, confirm the eUpgrade now and have a J berth out and return under the old rules, but not for the return this year. That is what zrh2yvr was alluding to. It remains to be seen what the threshold game will bring this year.

I received some number of rollover SQM today. 87,763, to be exact. Which is an odd number, given I ended the year at over 250k.
And I earned 75K last year, so depending on how one reads the terms, I should have received 150k-175k.
