E50 MM arrived today, after I selected my privileges about 2 weeks ago.
I still don't understand why no lounge passes, or info about them if they are e-passes.
In normal years, I'd be giving them to snowbirds to use in the coming weeks.

I'm not fully caught up on our exact benefits, but perhaps the new "status pass" will act as the lounge passes (and then some)?

There are digital lounge passes accessible through the app and website. Unique barcodes, and you can easily email them to people.

Where on the website do I go to access the unique barcode and then email it to someone?

Could someone kindly explain how to email these passes.
I clicked on an icon and got a message " Download complete " and " show in folder " - whatever that means.
I do not have a printer or a cell phone, just a modest Acer Chromebook
I come to this AC forum every day and appreciate the work of the Moderator, CanadianCow, Nomad and others. Also read some Trip Reports but not many of those these days !
My wife and I are desperate to get back on Air Canada !

You joined in 2013, but this is your first post...! In any case, welcome to FT!

I didn't go in depth yesterday, but I don't think there is an email option/functionality built in (I could be wrong since I didn't dig)... but once you've downloaded the pdf with the QR code, you can then email it to someone.

I think this is just a lack of basic knowledge of the OP's Chromebook and where the files are located so they can be attached to an email.

The OP needs to find where his downloaded files/files folders are and look in there until they are found. Others with Chromebooks may be able to assist but this is not an Air Canada problem, just knowing the file system on your computer problem.

Good luck in finding them/it!

E50 arrived today in yul. Nice cards, l like the star gold logo on the luggage tags but no mention of Air Canada. Cards will remain in the envelope for quite a while!
