Still begging them for my proper bonus. Good lord.

Also noticed today that Uber Eats transactions once again are not appearing in Pending: last one to post was March 7.

I've used eStore for ages, and never had a posting problem - not one - until the relaunch. Now it's a constant battle.

Same here. I called in two weeks ago to follow up on this and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, the agent came back to tell me my case was still under investigation. Hard to believe this can be so complicated. Always an uphill battle, it seems...

I'm also still trying to get the right bonus amount credited. I made 3 e-store purchases and bought 2,000 points to get to 4 offers for 5,000 points. The points purchase posted but only one of the e-store purchases did, so I only got 500 points for 2 offers. I sent in requests with receipts through the website on Feb. 2 for the missing e-store purchases.

I was told it can take 8-10 weeks after the request is received for the missing points to post, so I guess I'll wait another 2 weeks to see if it works itself out. Otherwise, another call to customer service.

The missing e-store purchases eventually posted before the end of April but of course the Black Friday bonus did not. After a couple of emails back and forth the bonus points posted last week as Goodwill back dated to December.

I suppose the lesson learned is don't give up. Or don't bother participating in the next promo if this is how it's going to work.
