Flight is on Tuesday, have ticket number but card is still not charged
 

So I have flight departing from Toronto this coming Tuesday. I’ve received a confirmation email and number, ticket number, and have called their number a few times too to confirm the flight.

The issue is, I haven’t been charged yet to the credit card I paid the flight through. Since I bought the flight ticket just a couple weeks ago, I thought this was fine since it might take a while to show. But my flight is in 3 days now and the charge still hasn’t shown up. I don’t want to show up at the airport and not have a flight booked. I called the air canada number and they still say it’s confirmed. Should I be worriedc

I'd be worried. But I'm not sure what else you could do.

I suppose you could ask for a supervisor to double check, and get an incident number as a record of the conversation. If it's cancelled between now and then, or you can't check-in, pay for a new ticket, and chase them later with the incident # as evidence.

This only works if you have $10k in credit your willing to use for a walkup ticket, and further are willing to enter the dark caves of the AC refund department. But it is what it is.

You might try to check the status of the TICKET on the Saudia website. This works surprisingly well for most airlines, including many that aren't partners with Saudia in any way.

I'd be sure to print the reservation (PNR) and ticket (receipt) showing the ticket number from the AC website ASAP.
