I crashed there and found it by coincidence. I was like WOAAH at first. Then I went back on a 787 and found it again lol.

I am going to pass Exhibition GO later today. Will check if it’s the AC advertisement over there.

I travel on Gardiner and Lakeshore West enough that I know there is a sign there, but not enough to remember what advertisement is on that sign.

So, no sign of AC advertisement, no sign of B787, nor did it look like an aircraft had landed there recently. But hey looks like a train just landed at where that B787 landed. I also checked the pics from early July and summer 2017, no AC advertisement either.

No idea why the first pic turned upside down yet the second one displayed properly. We were probably doing a barrel roll.

May 2014 to July 2014, it was gone before October 2014.
May: https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6348...7i13312!8i6656
July: https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6348...7i13312!8i6656
October: https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6348...7i13312!8i6656

So I first searched "air canada advertisement" and found the page below, indicating the advertisement was around May 2014.
ELITE MODEL MANAGEMENT TORONTO : John NIghtingale for Air Canada!

I then went to Google Street View and looked around May 2014 and found it.

Ever since I dumped AC in 2017 I now have top tier status at two different airlines (TK Elite Plus and Qatar Platinum) and I try my best to stay away from AC. The Elite status and J upgrade will probably be more useful if they are for TTC or GO than AC.
