If you get an error make sure to check your account -- i "errored out" but then got a confirmation email and the miles are in my Aeroplan account instantly. Got the 115% bonus.

That anyone expected things to go differently than above astonishes me. This is AC. AC IT.

That they thought this was a great idea and wouldn't just enrage people when it inevitably crashed, is well,

Got in and only see 90% offer. Seem that 115% is sold out.

Success at the 115% bonus rate.

Bought 100,000 miles. 215,000 miles have already been added to my points balance.

Must have been just the right time to click as soon as 10:00 am appeared on my laptop. The screens were slow to load, but nothing timed out or delivered an error message.

So anyone have any words of advice? Like I said since I am not one of the most frequent flyers... I bought at 10:05 but the bonus didn't post... who would I contact... what should I do? Should I try buying again? ... thought?

Check your Aeroplan transaction history, and check your email for a receipt.

Bleh, error error error ongoing. And if the first set is gone not even going to bother. Typical Aeroplan.

You're right. Why I bothered to waste any of my time on this, I don't know. For Mark Nasr or anyone else from AC/Aeroplan reading this, now you've just managed to piss me off and significantly reduced my desire to give you any money for a while. Good job
