I was just setting out some salted almonds for my spouse.
"Would you like them warmed?"
"No thanks [I want to replicate the current AC service standard, please]."

To meet those standards you would also need a secret stash of Kit-Kat bars that are to be handed out to well behaved guests.

You have to be careful applying "AC service levels" may have unintended consequences when used with a spouse.

When it comes airline meals outside of airlines, they guys do supply some parts of the meals on AC, WS and Via. Not certain how much of the product spills over into their corporate catering business Optimum Canada

White cheese, and dark unspecified liquid in glass that for ... reasons ... has an AC rotunda etched in the side.

I have also never stolen any AC dishes or glassware. When I make my AC meals at home, I have to imagine rondelles accenting the cuisine

For a dinner party, I wanted to pay homage to AC J meals and serve my guests Miss Vickies chips. But I haven't been able to find the same type of plastic bag that AC uses for presentation of a J snack, and that allows for the ability to tie a knot. 😛

you know...like this

Mrs. Smith has been making this for far longer than the YYZ Dom MLL has; they should be doing "Mrs. Smith's meals at the airport"!

Looks good, but that's far too many meatballs for an AC meal. Isn't it two meatballs, three if they're feeling generous at the MLL?

I think 4 was the standard portion? But even smaller than the small meatballs Mrs. Smith uses.

I should also admit that I set up that picture very carefully to try to hide the fact that I forgot to photograph it on my plate and had to take a picture of some leftovers in a Tupperware container... 😬

I don't quite know why, but made this one. In fact, made extras so I get to reheat it and have it for multiple flights days. Thankfully the bun wasn't wrapped in plastic and rock hard.

Chicken a la AC

Well done! You have mirrored the dish perfectly. That actually looks really tasty.
