Best I can find are the ingredients. I'm very dumb with cocktails so I'm looking for the exact amounts..

TIA!!
You asked, and I deliver.

It's 1 oz Bulleit Rye, 1 oz Amero Averna* and a bar spoon of vanilla Maple syrup. Stirred with ice and strained into a rocks glass.

*They ran out of Averna at the YVR SS and subbed Drambuie. Interesting choice.

I would be tempted to up the proportion of Rye slightly and use some of my smoked vanilla Maple syrup, but that's just me.

Enjoy!

This is amazing, thanks a ton! Think I will be upping the Rye. Appreciate it!

Vanilla maple syrup? Really? Hmm. Rye, I have. Both Bulleit, which is not the most rye-y, and Rittenhouse. Averna, I have. Maple syrup, I have. Vanilla liqueur, I have. So I guess I'll just have to make do.

(Drambuie sub for Averna sounds awful)

For vanilla Maple syrup, I would just make my own by adding a generous splash of vanilla extract to Maple syrup.

I'm surprised the discussion on this died out, because I'm quite certain I made one. Maybe it was on the December 24 Virtual Do? Anyway, I didn't love the one I made at home, but was pretty sure that I didn't have it quite right - whatever I did with the vanilla may have been sub-optimal.

But I'm sitting in the YYZ SS right now, and this is a pretty good drink. One small note is that it refers to maple syrup, and separately to vanilla bitters. Not sure whether that's a change, a @Bohemian1 transcription error, or a bad explanation from the YVR bartender?

I may also have made the drink with Rittenhouse, which I think would have some more bite than the Bulleit, and would probably make me enjoy the drink less - this is already not super sweet, so downgrading the sweetness by shifting from Bulleit to Rittenhouse could tip the scales for me.

No typo. I watched them make it too. They were making a lot of substitutions that day in the YVR SS.

Agree about Rittenhouse versus Bulleit though. Lot 40 might make an interesting variation.

This was on the menu about 15 years ago.

Lobster infused mashed potatoes.

Enhanced for my palate with corn and bacon bits.

You even put the cocktail sauce in a plastic tub with a lid!

Chia seed pudding (Signature Class Cold Breakfast Option)

I really love the chia seed pudding, but I dont even know where or how to start. Id like to make enough so that my parents and I can have it regularly.

Does anyone have any pointers? Thanks!

I was about to say ask the girls in my office who eat that everyday, but google is a better answer I think...

I think what you are really asking for is where to buy chia seed? I know Amazon has organic ones. Once you boiled chia seed the rest is easy.
