If you want people to get a notification, you have to not click on the autocomplete after you type the @ symbol and start typing their name. It's silly, but doing that is a "tag", and doesn't send a notification. If type @, then type out their full name, it's a "mention", and then they'll get a notification.

It would save him endless steps during the Do.
Given his recent track record with drones, I would be hesitant to lend it to expert7700 though.
