Romantic Getaway Flight Pass

Did anyone notice this? Don’t recall seeing any promo emails about it. Did a search and couldn’t find anything.

Basically a single return trip FP for a couple (4 credits).

Pretty good deal for the coverage allotted.

No AQM bonus though:

Note: The purchase of this promotional Flight Pass will not apply towards your Bundle 2 Privilege Selection

Do you have a link for this? It does not seem to show up when I list all flight passes.

I'm guessing it books into Standard at those prices?

Same, just refresh again or use private mode.
The price goes into FLEX

I think the deal is pretty good for EU in FLEX, esp if you are SE or is a SE Nominee.
V booking class should be okay even for peak summer.

Other than that I don't see much value in other section (except maybe Florida Sun)

much more expensive per credit than the equivalent regular flight pass

Since when is anywhere in Canada $483 / credit in flex?

At least from Western Canada, all of these Romantic getaway promo passes are slightly cheaper per credit than their usual counterparts.

Note this small print: Note: The purchase of this promotional Flight Pass will not apply towards your Bundle 2 Privilege Selection.

(I presume that means you would not be credited the usual eUpgrade credits that are given when you buy a flight pass?)

I priced vs a YVR-DUB round trip also in Flex and it came out around 20% cheaper. (Though much more expensive than just booking in one of the lower Economy fare buckets of course).

Could the European Romantic Pass be used for one-way flights across the Atlantic?

Or is transatlantic V-class only available for return bookings?

And is it permissible to start trips in Europe?

Does it actually book into Flex V? (I would like to determine how many miles a passenger would earn with another *A program.)

Appears to be a discrepancy on the Florida Plus one. The high level bullets say "V" class but the T&C says "M" class?

That's the availability requirement, and M should be even better than V. But does it actually credit as V or M Flex?

For Flex V to Europe from YYZ would it be 21 eUps and $500?
I take it the no copay for lowly E50K is only latitude and higher?
