I can confirm, first out of towner has arrived (despite a mildly sketchy, though friendly, unmarked/unmetered cab ride into town last night).

Not sure karaoke was part of MY plan for the night, but looking forward to meeting up with some of the locals and painintheuk.

Cabs at the YHZ airport are under contract and typically do you have roof lights anymore. It is also a fixed rate from the airport to different parts of HRM.

I believe it was painintheuk that wanted to practice!

Sending my regrets as I am unable to attend. I wish you all an enjoyable gathering in YHZ.

Keep it clean. As in 2018, those who need it, can use it:

Reminds me of that time someone posted here about taking a barf bag out of their backseat pocket and it was full of barf.
But I digress. Periscope for the DO!

I figured I would check the weather for this weakened and was pleasantly surprised.

Then I noticed that the Google had pulled up the weather for Halifax in the UK. Stupid Google.

Good thing 612 is a MAX

All the engineers at my company have tomorrow off. I mean that's probably due to the ~14 hour days we put in Monday/Tuesday, but it works out well for me.

Yeah but 104 ain't. And my e-up is unlikely to clear so I'm back in PY with the hoi polloi. So I may as well Slack and email.

Yeah I know - Super Entitled.

Well, the Pre-pre-Do was great tonight! Only downside was a lack of donairs, but the beer was good, the cider was very good and the company was great!

Safe travels, even for those stuck in PY .
