How fast is the wifi with altitude select privilege 12 month plan

I'm getting ready to select my privileges for 2020 benefit year and this year there is a 12 month wifi plan available to altitude E75. Last year it was only 6 months.

Whenever I've purchased wifi on AC flights in the past, I've found a huge difference in the "streaming" plan vs the regular plan they offer.

My question is this: Is the 12 month wifi plan you get with the select privilege the streaming pass? Or just the regular pass? I found the regular pass is very very slow. And once you hit 100MB, they slow it down even more!

Not sure how many people on this forum are E75 or SE100, but if you are and you chose the wifi plan in 2019, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Which country's Netflix do you get?

And how insane is it that one can stream Netflix and worry (or not) about the quality - on a plane - 10k+m up? 800kph+?

Champagne problems (if they still served champagne ).

Single device or multiple devices allowed concurrently with the altitude wifi plan?

Hmm I don't recall. I've been watching a lot of Netflix originals so it's not something I notice. Though I have also streamed Hulu which leads me to believe I'm getting US content.

That is interesting. If you buy the plan there is a 2 device option.
