Actually The Lev first called reservations (833 number) and got zero assistance so thought - Aha I'll call the concierge (888) number. My second call was picked up by the reservations team and transferred over to phone Concierge who were as useless as reservations.

Sure enough when I went to the Concierge office in YYZ just now they fixed my seat request for my connecting flight on Etihad.

I did ask them in the Concierge office about the number change. They expect the number will change and assumed it was a "mistake" that my package did not have that card.

My mistake was in misquoting the first three digits in my earlier post not in calling the wrong number.

They are exactly the same as last year, except 2019 replaced by 2020, and on the other side, instead of Title first Last they have only F. Last.

I contacted AC's social media team re the lack of a concierge card and here was their response:
As part of Air Canada’s plastic reduction initiative, the physical Altitude Concierge contact cards are no longer included in the 2020 benefits package. You can however access the Concierge Desk contacts from altitude.aircanada.com > My Altitude > My Profile > Access your digital card (under Contact Information) or through the Air Canada App > Aeroplan (tab at bottom).

Wonder why they didn't think to just print the info on the SE card itself.
