Error in AQD calculation for changed ticket
Not sure how to address this one - I flew Dec 10th on a business flex ticket base value of $1033, which I changed once to a different departure time (same destination) and a second time to a different destination for a refund of $93. Completed the flight. No change fee obviously as it was business flex, however the same locator number. Ticket number (014...) changed each time I changed the ticket. However, now it shows up with a mileage credit in Altitude but does NOT show any AQD (which would theoretically be roughly $1033 minus $93 ?). I suspect they just looked at the last ticket and saw the $93 refund and didn't do the rest of the math.
I do need the credit as I am $288 shy of the $20K needed for SE (have the mileage already). Do I just write into the missing AQD form with all the history (done) and hope they correct it (that takes some trust in AC...) or do I take a short haul tomorrow to make sure I obtain SE status again. |
This sounds pretty straightforward, as though they just haven't gotten around to crediting your flight yet or have made an error. If you've already filled out the form, I wouldn't worry. Generally Audrey and Diana are pretty good with these things.
