Air Canada Altitude Program Overview 2020
 
I happened to notice a new PDF in the footer of the Altitude site.

A quick look shows very few changes. The only added line to the table is for the Air Canada cafe.

From a cursory glance, looks like the main change I see is that 75k now has 12 months of free wifi as an option, instead of 6. That seems much more useful if that's the option you choose, imo.

They also have E50 and up having access to the Cafe, which isn’t new per se, but different from last years chart.

The other subtle change is in the wording for qualifying for "status" starting next year in the paragraph about the new program where it mentions "new qualifying options to achieve status" - whether it is new set of levels, new thresholds or potentially including credit card spend remains to be seen...

Good catch. Interesting as today VFTW is reporting that AA is joining UA in offering a revenue only qualification option.

Question : I am 25K this year (2019), and will be 50K next year (2020). Will my eupgrades deposited in 2020 be 60? (achieved 25K: 20eups, 35k: 20eups, 50K: 20 eups) ??

No. You will get 20 eUps and then you can select an additional 20 eUps as one of your selections.

If AC wants to offer a revenue-only qualification option, that's certainly their prerogative. I would advise some caution though to those who complain about their high spend and (perceived) low status, that the US airlines have made it significantly more expensive to qualify that way. Someone who feels aggrieved at spending $6,500 (i.e. comfortably enough AQD for 50K) and only getting enough AQM or AQS for 35K may be disappointed to find out that spend-only qualification for 50K might take $7,000.

It will be interesting to see how much AC chooses to change the program when they revamp Altitude/Aeroplan in 2020.
