Can't log in/ Can't get through on phone

Angry Can't log in/ Can't get through on phone

Title explains Aeroplan problem. Haven't been able to login for the last couple of months. Wait on telephone is too long.

Are you still trying to log in with your Aeroplan number or have you made the switch to email username?

In addition, AC just recently began migration its systems and that would add complications.

If you haven't been able to login for months, why did you wait until now to ask?
