I’ve got the 501 error on flight pass bookings prior to the migration. Snooker some today (post migration) and they are syncing in the AC app and allowing me to open in FP app. Eupgrades cleated easily on those without any problems.

I can't book flights in the app. I get this error every time, regardless of what I try to buy. Different destinations, Y, J, etc, all the same.

App just logged me out. When I logged back in, no reservations. Tried logging out and logging back in, close the app and open again. Even tried CTRL-ALT-DELETE (but couldn’t find those keys on my phone!!)

I've not really read this thread up to now, but IMHO this app is terrible, and it has very little to do with the Amadeus transition, although there have been a few issues that I likely wouldn't have noticed if not for the Amadeus transition.
I do like that it "tries" to bring in booking data from multiple booking channels. I have a mix of TA-booked flights, flight pass flights and AC.com flights - the app didn't consistently bring everything in though despite my Aeroplan number on the reservations. OLCI is terrible. I've now tried checking in for 4 different flights. Only once did a little button appear in my booking screen to take me directly to the check-in screen. The other times you need to enter the booking reference, which is cumbersome as you need to copy/paste the data from your reservation into the check-in screen. Also, before if you checked into a flight's status you could hit a button and be taken to the check-in screen, but no longer. I think my biggest issue (so far) is that the only method to check-in on the App is via booking reference. You cannot simply enter your name and Aeroplan number to check-in. It wouldn't be a big deal if the main booking page would actually brought all the reservations automatically, but it doesn't. |

Then 1 Aeroplan trip disappeared, then a second one, now the paid trips are gone. I say we laugh. One data point. I had some changes made to a flight by AC (not me)
I did get a push notification that my PNR had changed. It does not say what the change is...just that it was changed. Old app never did that |

My big complaint is the lack of detail when you click on an upcoming flight! The old app used to show you more information than you needed, but the new one shows absolutely nothing besides your name and the date of travel.
What is the likelihood this is fixed (added) in a future update? Like the app seems very barebone right now... |
