W20 schedule change loaded yet on AC5?

Trying to decide to book a flight but I'm confused on what aircanada.com is showing today.

AC 5 YUL - NRT on Jan 9 leave 13:00 and arrives 16:15 (+1)

but, everywhere else shows it leaves 11:40 and arrives 14:55 (+1)
I checked expert flyer, flight mapper, time table on aircanada.com all show the above, and so does my screenshot from aircanada.com booking on Sep 12, so I'm not sure if the wrong schedule is loaded on aircanada.com or not. Any idea?

I need to decide if booking the 16:15 arrival to NRT is safe enough to connect on a 18:00 flight on JL, in a different terminal. Based on YUL winter condition it seems too risky if that's the correct schedule.

That's what I thought as well since it's long haul and they don't usually change schdule by close to 2 hours, but since I'll be originating from YYZ, the website is allowing (likely) impossibly short connection bookings at YUL

What would happen if I were to book today, will a schedule change notification just come thru once they realize it in the system?

Does the time change affect the schedules?
At this time of year, Tokyo is +13. When we change our clocks, Japan becomes +14

Sure, but typically they adjust the schedule where the time zone has a DST change, so that the arriving (and departing) flight at the out post remains the same. I can't imagine them changing the time significantly at NRT (and other airports with limited slot time) twice a year.

Anyways the schedule on https://info.flightmapper.net/flight/Air_Canada_AC_5 shows the following which is supposed accounts for the DST time change

Tue,Thu,Sat 11:40 Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Montreal (YUL) 14:55 Narita, Tokyo (NRT) 1
AC 5 Non-stop Boeing 787-9 (789) 13:15 Effective 2019-11-05 through 2020-03-07
The flight arrives 1 day after departure.

I feel like someone just loaded a wrong schedule over the weekend perhaps
