I just booked a 016 united ticket, it is in K class but is in Basic Economy. Will I earn AQS and AQM?
I know united basic economy class N earns nothing at all, but can't seem to find the answer to my question when I searched the forum/

According to Aeroplan, K earns 50%.

so it is possible United Basic Economy is available in other classes (besides N) and that with K class I'll still earn 50% AQM and full AQS ?
I'm a bit confused. I thought basic was only N, but now it seems other classes can have a Basic fare?

Are you flying on AC metal or UA metal?

AC metal but UA codeshare? (i.e. Operated by Air Canada, but with a United flight number?)

I believe this is a TATL ticket? If this is the case then you are right, the AC/UA/LH JV sell LGT fare up to Q. Aeroplan website is down at this moment, I can't find the rate but I guess it should be the same earning rate as AC K-LGT (basic, light, eco without bag, or whatever it calls) fare.
