E-up : 2 segments- when does window start

Does the window start at 14 days for both segments , or , do I need to call twice.

IE: yvr - YYZ - connecting onward to CUN.

Can I upgrade both segments at the time I upgrade the Yvr-yyz, or do I need to wait for the second segment to be @ 14 days precisely to upgrade it.

Each segment opens at its window, independently of the rest of the itinerary.

The windows could be different for the domestic legs and the international legs. They both start exactly that many days before the departing flight.

Assuming it is 14 days then it will be 14 days before the YVR - YYZ segment and then 14 days before the YYZ - CUN segment.

You can upgrade here online : https://services.aircanada.com/eupgw...vice/eupgrade/ No need to call usually.

EDIT: The cow beat me ... but I typed more

YYZ-CUN will actually be 21 days though, so bear that in mind.

Looking at the preview window - 21 days for Comfort and 14 days for Flex?

Ah didn't realize it was only Comfort. I just knew sun destinations had an extended window of some sort.
