Going back through my records:
2019: Amadeus-related issues that I've emailed about
2018: Lounge entry and BOB purchase issues, resolved via email
2017: Wifi issues
2013 (fall, since there were two, which is why I don't like using years) through 2016: No issues
2013 spring: Their calculator had issues, and I was missing real badges. But they fixed the problems.
That was it. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with a flight not showing up, and since the very first one, I haven't had issues with any flight-related badges.
If they never tried fancy extra non-flying badges, I wouldn't have had any issues since v1.

I recall the wifi badges , and the fact that they still owe me 1500-2500 wings each of the last two contests.
Not as all as bad as the 30,000-35,000 they owe me this time!

Yeah, this is more or less my situation too. I've gotten pretty well what I expected in past years, but this year I'm over 30K short.

Joke's on many of you who wasted time and money playing for this contest taking unnecessary flights. 
For those who only took flights you had to take and just happened to benefit from the contest, powers to you. For those who didn't get screwed over by the EYW team, you got lucky.
I hope expert7700 sues on behalf of his son, or at least blow this up on media. The media loves stories about how large corporations screw over minors.

I hope for Expert7700 son they up the little one's ranking too! Would fully throw my support behind ensuring at least the child gets the proper win for the effort....
