Aug 6, 2019 - Flight pass system down!
 
I've been trying to book a FP trip for the last 3 days. Get an error everytime on the app, like Finalize Booking - 2035 error when trying to book. Website does something similar.
Now some big notes on the website underneath the 737MAX issue.

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our Flight Pass Application. For imminent travel, please contact our call centre at 1-888-247-2262. We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause."

Anyone else have success?

Just booked a yvr-ewr for tomorrow using the FP app. Took about 7 seconds of spinny wheel time but came through as usual.

Edit: spinny "Turbofan"

Anyways - Somehow you guys are lucky. I cannot book anything still! different errors everytime!

Just bought another FP, booked one on the site, one in the app.

Both / all of the above. I get an error on all of them. Then it holds the flight for 30 minutes, so i have to wait 30 minutes to try again.....but then, another error will pop.
I've called in and they can't seem to even access the FP portal/system either. Or, when they try it on mine they also get some error.

Just closing the loop. My FP booking window expired. But I had ensured the agent put a remark on it citing i tried to book flight XXX & YYY.
I called in yesterday and they over-rode the window and booked me into the flight I had originally wanted.

Sounds like they have all been frustrated at the entire thing for the last little bit.
