Access to Map Lounge on award rouge econ with AMEX Plat Aeroplan card?

Hello.
Can I use my Amex platinum Aeroplan credit card to use the Maple Leaf Lounge on a rouge economy award ticket?
Thank you.

If you're starting in YYZ, then according to this page, yes

  2. Paris lounge: €30 (EUR)*
  3. London Heathrow Departures lounge: 25 (GBP)*

Thank you very much - so Rouge with my AMEX Plat Aeroplan card allows me free access to the YYZ MLL. Appreciate it.
