20 minutes late, there's no crew at the gate and the flight still shows on time.
Anyone think OTP will be higher than 10% this month?

Now that the passengers are comfortably in their seats, time to change planes.
To much fuel on the plane.
The plane was originally scheduled for YUL last night.
Defueling will take an hour.
So 60-90 minutes to change planes is faster.

Found three of these boxes taking up space in the overhead bin.
Not sure the contents or the requirement to crack the seal.
Should be plenty of opportunities between now and November to find out.
About 6 RON kit boxes on the carousel at YVR.
Lots of toothbrushes now.

One bin per aisle. Filled with KitKats and Proseco for J and a Tazer for Y.
Don't worry about PE; they will sit quietly and hope to get J leftovers.
