Way to make me even MORE un-thrilled to be going up to 100 Mile for 2 weeks work. And salt in the wound? I have to drive to get there!

If out-of-towners are still around Sunday, brunch?

It will be seamless. Just tacking it on the tail end of a 2 week trip. What could possibly go wrong?!

And suddenly I'm much more likely to attend.

Brunch includes beer, right?

I have a customer in 100 mile. I actually love the drive up. I rent a 5 liter mustang if possible, and only do it in the summer. Wouldn't have thought anyone else would be going there from FT lol. Maybe we are working for the same industry.

As for the do, tentative yes from me.

Well that makes three of us. I frequently find myself in 100/108 Mile & the Cariboo in the summers although ending up in the same small town at the same time as nomadic could be a liver-challenging affair.

The Do is a no-can-Do for me, as I'll be down the road in YXX celebrating the 50th anniversary of a major aviation partner company that evening. Have fun, all.

I took the liberty of creating the wiki.
If I put you down in the wrong "status", please go ahead and update it yourself (need at least 90 posts to edit the wiki).

Hey guys, I was really looking forward to this, but when I mentioned it to my wife, she reminded me that she's having people over for her birthday on the 6th. (That's not her actual birthday, I'm not that bad a husband.) But I had committed to be there to tend bar and serve cheese trays and stuff to her and her friends, so I'm going to have to sit this one out

The drive up is not so much the issue - outside of miles not earned, I do actually enjoy it as well, more so it is the "not summer" part and the "what am I supposed to do here for 2 weeks after work and on days off" part?! At least it's not snowing ... oh wait, this morning it was.

And no, we've met and we're not in the same industry at all. But then neither is CZAMFlyer.
