Yeah, I noticed they seemed to be disappearing from YYZYAM starting in May. Wondered whether they were going out for heavy maint or leaving the fleet entirely. I guess now I know.

Frequency on this route is going from 5 to 3, but with an earlier morning departure and a slight increase in total seats. I am ok with this trade.

How many Q400s with small bins are in the fleet?

E75's are operated by Sky Regional, and IIRC AC just expanded the E75 fleet. I'd be surprised if they simply got rid of those so quickly.

"Enhanced relevance to Air Canada with regional AC Express capacity reallocated to Jazz"
Can't get the link to work, but GGN still operates B1900 out of YYC. That isn't to say that they couldn't swap those out to something such as DH1's (if there are a few at Jazz that have enough lifespan left), but GGN might not be "gone."

4 or 5, isn't it? I presume you're hoping those are among those that will disappear?

Knowing AC, I suspect these will be staying...

Probably for the dividend.
Is AC buying before or after today's bump in price?

they didn't crash in Halifax and HKG. Or try to land on a runway in SFO.

Recall SkyRegional used to just fly Q400s on the YTZ-YUL route but seems AC moved all Q400s (and that route) to Chorus/Jazz and started assigning E75s and appropriate regional routes to Sky.

Hopefully routes I fly. The existence of a J cabin is always nice.

I have to say that since the YTZ to YUL moved from Sky Regional to Jazz, it has been way less reliable in terms of punctuality and cancellations.

My first flight after the switch was interesting as new pilots (I assume they didn't switch) got used to Billy Bishop. Also the crew on one leg tried to charge for booze. (they did the PA for the purchase of alcohol and Row 2 put them right
