Biscoff cookie with coffee?
Hello, kind of an off topic question but Air Canada serves these cookies on the under 1 hour flights as a quick snack along with the beverage service in Y. Does anyone know of any retailers in Vancouver who actually carry this cookie? It's actually a very nice tasting cookie.

If you click "Canada" on their map, this info appears
Find Biscoff Cookies - Store Locator | Biscoff
P.S. I think AC should find a way to get AC-branded Biscoffs and sell them. Yum.

Stongs Online Groceries page for them: https://express.stongs.com/product/l...lised-biscuit/
Stong's Dunbar store is a bit smaller with fewer items than the North Vancouver store. They dispatch online orders out of the larger North Vancouver store.

Two things to add:
1) Delta has been distributing DL-branded Biscoffs onboard their flights for years so it definitely can be done, and
2) Biscoff Spread is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.
If you like the cookies, you HAVE to try the spread (Smooth or Crunchy) on hot toast. Sublime. Loblaws carries a house brand offering but the Lotus Bakeries product is unmatched. Available at Target and Wal-Mart in the USA.
Tangential topic: the maple cookies UA are serving in economy after discontinuing the Stroopwafel are very good. Perhaps a close second to Biscoffs.
Yes, I DO spend an inordinate amount of time thinking about cookies and cookie-related foods...

And leftover speculoos can make a really great ice cream (custard based).
After having some in a semi-posh restaurant in London, we made some for a dinner party - it was a hit.
