Threshold AQM bonuses posted for me as well. If only there was an accompanying AQD bonus with those bonus AQM...

I'm a bit confused with the threshold gifts that have been awarded to me. I went from no status in 2017 to 100k in 2019 (moved all my flying last year from BA to AC), and made 50k mid-year 2018. Unfortunately I only hit 75k in mid-November, so I went straight from 50k to 100k in the sweep earlier this month. I have been awarded the 60k threshold award of 2500 AQM, but not the gift at 90k (presumably because I was still officially E50k at the time). Is this what is supposed to happen? I feel like I've been cheated out of 5000 AQM...

Well, my 2018 CPM (on AC) was a bloated 26.

But this year it seems like people forgot I was back to work. But I'm okay with that. So, like the Cow, those AQD are proving elusive (for now).

That will not last for very long though with BCN, ICN and GIG looming on the horizon.

I was hoping the techie's at AC would program the rollover AQM wrong, and they would count for MM also.

Alas, not!!

(This may have been my first time using the word "Alas")

Yes, this is the way it works. The idea is to provide graduated incentives for people to keep flying a bit beyond merely re-achieving status. Slightly unfortunate timing for you, but such is life.

Note that since you're now SE, you're not going to receive any of those bonuses this year until 150K+ either.

Looks like these bonus miles don't count for Aeroplan status. Not terribly surprising, I guess, given the regular flight bonuses don't, but I've never really understood the rationale behind that.

Not that it really matters much.
