LGA gets ready to dip a toe into the 21st century
AC will be in the first wave of carriers to benefit from the airport's overhaul.

I'd settle for a lounge large enough to handle normal pax volumes! Every time I've been to this lounge, its been bursting at the seams. Nowhere to sit and long lines to get drinks/use the washroom. Its not even unusual to have the agents turn people away because they're at capacity!

I only hope that I won't have to be reminded of Earl of Sandwich by flying through that monument to Buck Rogers again.
Either they do something to the hot product that makes it feel like its 3 weeks old or it is in fact 3 weeks old and 20 minutes to defrost and heat. Its an odd feeling lamenting that UA doesn't have their quality BoB on the midnight flight to YHZ.

One hopes the concourse to all the gate piers are airside, as MLL and the Amex Centurion.

I was told on Sunday that the MLL would be opening this week. Capacity is apparently 140 pax so a big change from the 60 or so (some of those seats are poorly placed) in the current lounge. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the move!

For now, it is a pain to go to LGA with all those construction. But it is a good pain.
One improvement (depending on your point of view), is the Uber/Lyft system. Before, you have to be at the curbside (which will be close to you) but you have to strain and look for your car.
Now, you have to walk to the multilevel parking lot ( which is farther from where you exit the airport after getting your baggage) but then you get a text as to the exact spot where your car is ALREADY waiting for you. Its a numbered spot. I like this system better.
