All of the above and the addition of the additional 15% seems very confusing and doesn’t appear to be applying correctly. Is anyone else completely confused?

it's just a matching sale to what westjet is doing. Neither of them do anything the other doesn't. No surprise there.

I took advantage of this today - CO fare that matches a friend's WS itinerary from when they booked it a month ago. So for me, a relatively ok deal.
