Summary of AC Million milers

* For all questions regarding the Million Mile Lifetime Program, please refer to the FAQ WIKI in this thread: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-...nition-ac.html

* When posting your MM tier and year/month achieved, please only post current information, not future information. Only your current information will be included in the wiki.

** If you are posting an associated year and/or month, please do so with the following priority of roll call information:
  1. The year and/or month you know you CROSSED the threshold. This information takes priority in the roll call list.
    • If you are not sure when you crossed a threshold, then the year and/or month in which you first found out that you crossed an MM tier. This could either be by email, at the airport because some agent told you, you see your BP has ACMM remarks for the first time, you get an email from Air Canada congratulating you, you received your kit in the mail, etc.
If your spouse/partner has crossed the threshold, you may add them to the list by indicating "Spouse/partner of (insert your handle)"

If you are aware of a former poster who is unable to post their information, you may add them.

Thanks to yyznomad for the detective work. I'll go with the reported date of May 2014 for my 1MM. My total ticked over 1MM around the time of SMD 3, and I first noticed it when checking the online total while in the Transborder MLL in YUL during SMD 3. I seem to remember that it took a long time to get anything official, including the 777 model.

How would the list would look if adjustments to account for COS bonus were included? Many "M"M'ers have flown only 2/3 of that total over the ground.

Cozmo456, perhaps I should get your info. I managed to acquire one of the AC plane models (a 789) and due to switching to other programs 3 years ago, will not come close to 1MM with them. I was wondering just what to do with it anyway. Also, I find if you print very neatly with a certain type of (ironically 'pilot') fine point gel pen, a self-added 1MM label looks very good on a BP.

Tks for the initiative!

Correction 1MM reached by 10/2014, heading to 2MM... No sign of slowing down, that is a long time away from family!!

I just received a reply from Allvest. He wrote:
" I think it was around 5 years ago. They didn't have 787 equipment yet, because my model airplane is a 777"

EDIT TO ADD:

Allvest just advised me he just found his MM date: August 2012

I've updated the wiki

Yes! I have the 777 also.
Saw a shop in the market in Shanghai recently that had tons of plane models from many, many different airlines. They had the 787 model with the new livery....while tempting, I did not buy one.

There seems to be a few of these out there for purchase, but obviously it's not the same as earning them the hard way

Plumber likes this.

Confirming I made 1MM in 2014 approximately (over 3MM on *A, but only AC AQD counts). Now somewhere around 1.6MM, the accrual rate decreasing since I am cutting down on my flying since 2014. So I'll doubtless get to 2MM eventually but hopefully will take me a while.

When did you achieve 1MM?

Added: Ignore that - I see when I tagged you I even typed March 2016.
I've added you.

I hit 1MM 4 years ago, so Feb. 2014 and will get to 2MM in roughly 5 years if Mrs. Isotopist let's me keep flying. She was disappointed that the only physical reward was the model plane and would have preferred a round the world ticket. But I think it looks good in my office.

Given that apparently everyone can now see the MM status, I thought I'd check.

I was surprised to find that my current status was "Qualification Pending" and that I'm "headed towards Altitude status." Guess I better get busy:
