This could either be by email, at the airport because some agent told you, you see your BP has ACMM remarks for the first time, you get an email from Air Canada congratulating you, you received your kit in the mail, etc.

My 2 million mile flight was AC 002 ,January 13,2020.
What a flight. I was seated at 7K and was adjusting my personal items for flight. SD asks me if I could have a personal conversation in forward galley. Sure ,NP
At galley I was met by pilot who presented me with a remembrance of flight gift.One of the most sincere thank you for the business chats I have ever had. He was passionate, and genuine. He invited me to meet the other 3 pilots on flight deck. They were really good about taking the time to say Thank you.
The 2 SDs both introduced themselves . They , along with rest of crew made me feel as if I was the only passenger on flight .
I have signed cards with captains names, route, fin,....
This was unexpected and something I will always remember
Thank You AC and especially the crew of AC 002 on January 13th. They were fantastic

I crossed the 1MM in late Dec, and I received the welcome package (787 plane) last week. Around 6-7 weeks.

Another surprise on Valentines day. Transiting YYZ from HNL , to YSB ,gate 107.
My name is called to attend to gate for a message. Two concierges there to introduce themselves and thank me for the business and crossing 2mmiles.
They presented me with a really nice box of Rocky Mountain chocolates and a card signed by the team at YYZ.
They noted that they had never met me and wanted to introduce themselves personally.
Mrs.acysb87 is standing back watching two ladies I have never met before give me a nice a box of chocolates on valentines Day( what I was thinking)
When I got back to her she said I delayed boarding by 15 minutes (actually a heating maintenance issue on ramp)
Thanks again to AC. Mrs. acysb87 has been nominated as E50 for life

Not sure if this wiki wants MM’ers that aren’t on FT or not. But my old man crossed 1MM in fall of 2015.
He’s now retired and barely flies any more so doesn’t care to start getting sucked into the FT vortex. But he is happy to be added to the list as mkerryyc if the group wants to track it.
It’ll be another 6 years for me at my current pace

I did not receive any acknowledgement on that flight or the flight I took the following day... oh well.
I did receive my MM acknowledgement email on January 24. I am anticipating receiving my gift and welcome package - hopefully soon, as it has been 3 weeks since I got the email.
