AE says website is incorrect...
Trying to change my return home - currently booked IST-BOS-YYZ
Got an email from expert flyer that 2 seats are available now from IST-YYZ direct, confirmed on AE webiste
Called Aeroplan - first agent says that there is a linkage problem with Turkish Airlines and he cant change it
I insist to speak to a supervisor - who tells me he has a different system
He tells me there is only one seat - even though AE shows 2 and expert flyer shows 2
Any suggestions on what to do here?
