Club Class - sounds intriguingly retro.
Alas I too have a Flight Pass flight booked in the past week, to fly next week (Flex FP upgraded) and mine says Premium Rouge. Maybe it's just AC Express that gets the Club treatment.

I have a latitude pass, and two flex passes. I have flights booked on Mainline, Jazz and Rouge... ALL of them say “Club Class” as of today.
so, it doesn’t appear to be fare class or metal-specific.

AC printed UA BPs commonly show Connoisseur Class for me... but I don't think this is a new thing. It's just AC not caring what other airlines call their stuff. I did get a printed BP that only showed "J" padded with whitespace before and after the J, where usually the fulltext name of the fare name/branding/whatever (?) would normally appear, below the name, above the 014 number. But the FP app only handles AC metal flights on AC stock is possibly leaking new branding ahead of announcement.

checked mine and still says premium rouge. updated the FP app thinking maybe it was from that. on reopening, when it loaded the upcoming flights, it said briefly "business class" but when the operated by rouge line came up, it changed to premium rouge. no club for me yet.
