My schedule for today has changed and I look forward to to popping in and meeting some of you this afternoon!
@znke252: Will bring earbuds...have a ziploc bag of the old white ones; found them in different travel bags and purses while doing a big clean and was contemplating throwing them out, so will pass along if they can be of use! Also have a few of the newer ones, but have now stopped myself from accepting them when they're being handed out since I use my own headphones instead.

PS: I don't have enough posts to add my name to the wiki

Definitely less expensive if you buy it in the UK rather than through LCBO. All depends on how much you want to spend. I'm particularly fond of Bollinger RD or if that's too much of a splurge then Grande Annee. Les "flashy" than Dom, Krug, Crystal, Salon et al.

Definitely purchasing in the UK, not the least of which due to a AmEx UK offer I have for Majestic Wines (spent 100 quid get 25 back). Dom is showing up for around 125 quid before discount. As for Bollinger, I didn't see RD but they do have Rosé and other options. Didn't see Krug on the site albeit

. Kinda funny how laissez-faire the brits are with their booze. No open-bottle fine for this Master's student !

On a side note, when I popped into my local WaitRose, the clerk didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for Dom Pérignon. I thought WaitRose was Premium @jc94

Not sure if it's too late,, but yes, I am definitely interested. If it's too late then don't worry, thanks.

On another note, I will bring at least one pair of AC slipper, some AC earbuds, and some TK J menus.

Waitrose is, they polish the fruit and charge a lot for anything and everything. Doesn’t mean they employ staff who are familiar with Dom though If you want to compare odd staff no one in virtually any store in Canada (Ontario anyway) knows what a redcurrent is

Never stayed at a Fairmont but would suspect it must be difficult to book with the various offers surrounding those hotels (i.e. Aeroplan Diamond bonus/benefits + AE Platinum + UA 4xbonus miles + whatever benefits you get from Accor). If you stacked the number of offers/benefits for Fairmont hotels end to end it'd be taller than the CN Tower!
