Calin did so many great things for AC and its shareholders, but what's this "enhancing the passenger experience" all about?

They must have the same definition of "enhancement" as we do on FT.

I must also commend Rovinescu for his focus on improving health for budget passengers. Those Rouge seats are great ways to encourage weight loss.

All hail the grand and glorious Calin the Enhancer.
Now concluding my 2nd month of waiting for Air Canada to respond to my last green form event.

Indeed. Not many airline CEOs can step up to the stage and accept a lifetime achievement award after just 18 years in the industry. There are airplanes in his fleet that have been around longer. Not suggesting his contributions at the helm haven't been good ones, but c'mon...lifetime achievement?

Maybe APEX awards these plaques in a manner similar to the selection of Olympic host cities: they see which region hasn't been chosen lately and decide whose 'turn' it is.

18 years just feels like a lifetime in the airline industry.
