Not another mapping class of service thread - AC/SQ
 

Mr/Mrs GHT Sr bought AC Y+ tix SIN-HKG-YYZ........ As usual ran into the mapping class of service issue where SQ was seated in Economy and AC in Premium Economy......

When I took up this matter, I was referred back and forth by AC/SQ.......

Glad to say, after some persistence from AC and myself, SQ relented and seated them in Premium Economy class

Perhaps there may be some closure to this mismatch class of service some day?

I find when you book AC via SIN to HKG, classes always get messed up, unless you use a (travel) agent

Even in J, it will go AC J to HKG and default you into Y for SIN

Been that way for a long, long time now.

Searching for a random day in the GDS, not all SQ SIN-HKG flights even have PE. Maybe this is problem?
