The 'story' is pretty much completely ripped from an old blog post: https://thepointsguy.com/2017/07/air...siness-review/

Wait...what remotes can order food
They had that on the 787 for about 5 minutes then they discontinued it |
What a joke.
"They also get access to the Air Canada Concierge Team in person or via the phone for things like restaurant and theatre reservations, special in-flight meals, baggage handling, and chauffeur assistance." No they don't. The don't answer the phone, as far as we know, and if you find them, they are always busy doing other things. |
"He said the only downside to the seats were the "seatbelt airbags.""
-- and that the seats, well, spontaneously deflate, leaving you in dire discomfort for ten hours or more. |

Fake, sponsored ad,just like so many "customer reviews" on products today !
.....But still looks nice :) |
So comfortable that is way harder to sleep in compare to the old pods lol. Thanks to the stupid tray table placement and that annoying airbag that could not have been placed in a worse location.

Still waiting an answer on that ;) I believe if you can locate the office you may be able to speak to one. If you have the time and energy to locate their office I wonder if you’d still need one.

So yes, with the AC Concierge service, you have to go physically find them. |
