I'm really going to have to do some math here.

Our upgrades still haven't posted, so AB should only be 150 ahead of me. But he's 200 ahead, which poses a tie issue when we get our upgrades.

After contacting them last week, I confirmed they do know about my additional 8 upgrades.
So I buy the holding out/intrigue argument.

I was mostly joking when I made my comment ... but you do actually have to wonder.

By the rules there is now just one week left for updates ("The Leaderboard will remain active until August 27, 2018, to allow for missing flight credits to be requested and be included to determine final rank"). They've had the final list of all claims for 10 days now ("Any requests for missing badges, Wings or Bonus Aeroplan Miles must be submitted by e-mail by August 10"), so the question is what the state of those claims are; is there still a big pile of unopened emails? Surely most claims should be relatively easy to accept or reject pretty quickly ...

I honestly don't understand why this process is moving so slowly - and the lack of transparency doesn't help that. If they at least acknowledged to the claimant that they had received a claim/case, and optimally the current state of each case (unread, under review, etc), then it would help.

And what happens if it's still not right?

For example, AB and I should not be tied. I sent in letters for everything. But if they credit the upgrades, we'll be tied, which means they did something wrong.

Or my math is wrong. But I haven't had time to verify that - I'm on vacation.

I heard this morning that the crediting team only sees 4 more eligible upgrades, not 8. I could not be more mystified, since I took the supporting screenshots directly from my upgrade account. That said, it will make no difference at this point whether 4 or 8.

To be fair, 4 upgrades may not affect anything.

My 10 will let least get me 2000 miles though.

By my count, I'm missing exactly one lounge credit. I'm also sitting at 83,975 wings -- or just 25 wings short of the next 2K threshold. In other words, my one missing lounge credit should get me an additional 2K aeropesos. Of course, all of this would be easier to dispute (or even discuss) if there was clarity about which lounges I've been given credit for. As it stands, I have no idea which lounge they are missing, and so there's no easy path to dispute the state.

Minor - yes. Still annoying - yes.
