I'm working with the concierge to reserve the meeting room, as well as arrange for some extras beyond what one would normally get in the TB MLL (no "hot food" jokes, please

Also I hope you ask them for a couple unopened 12 packs of coke zero from the lounge. Transborder has cans vs a fountain system. You know they won't be able to properly cater coke zero.

Finally booked the rest of the trip. Should be in the TB MLL by 4:00pm.
Booked AC780 to Montreal the next morning at 7:45am. I am sure I'll be feeling just wonderful when I board that flight! Fortunately I am confirmed in J.
Has anyone stayed at the Fairfield Inn by the airport?

Okay I've arranged the pre-flight do. We have the meeting/conference room from 1500-1830, under my name.
I'm still working on some other special things, but I'm somewhat astounded at what you can do in an MLL if you plan ahead a week.
