I only see the Fairmont benefits for the individual stays.
I don’t expect there will be an offer this year, but note that in 2016 and 2017, the offer came out in March, not Jan.

Fast track to Fairmont President’s Club Platinum Status (2016)

Is there a thread where you talk about this issue?

Never had issue including the certs for alcohol with any restaurant purchase. The authentic experience was always great meal (except in Canada), and the suite upgrades in places like Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Singapore a fantastic value, especially when usuable on the free night!

RIP Fairmont

It's understandable giving Fairmont merged with Accor. All I can hope for is AC partner with another high end hotel program like Four Seasons, Shangri-La, etc.

There is a similar discussion about ended partnership between FPC and AMEX in the AMEX forum.

Probably at the beginning of 2017 in either the AC forum or Fairmont forum.

I made sure to give them absolutely no business in 2017.

But it looks like I'm having dinner there tonight to burn off my Premier certificates (which should have been Platinum certificates).

Figured I'd check the Altitude dashboard as well

Indeed, if you compare 2018 to 2017, you'll see exactly that, a minimal benefit when booking a stay defined in the description on your dashboard. I have no idea if all Altitude members now see the same offer or not so I'm only including the header.

Otherwise, a few months back when I was booking a reservation, the sense I got from the Fairmont people at both FPC and reservations was that they really had no idea what was going on in terms of loyalty partnerships with Air Canada.

I also wonder if it was Air Canada or Accor (or both or neither), who could not come up with a partnership promotion.

SE still getting FPC Plat benefits in 2018?

Hi, just noticed FPC changing and merging with Acor hotels for their FF program. Looks like the 2018 eCert expires 2019. Will SEs be getting FPC Platinum status complementary again in 2018? I haven't seen much about this.

Thanks!

Accor is killing the Fairmont program. Pretty sad, actually.

Now that the merge/or whatever it is called happened and the dust should have settled by now, I was wondering if any S100K and others heard anything about any benefits with Accor specifically with Fairmont? for 2018 and 2019? Thanks

Buying Accor Gold or Platinum is not too difficult to do

Just a matter of the value to you
