Claiming Missing Altitude Bonus Miles
In the past, Altitude Bonus Miles have posted for me at the same time as the AQMs themselves (but admittedly, this is from memory and based largely on AC flights).

On Dec 2, I flew UA in G, for which the AQMs have posted, but the Altitude Bonus Miles have not. Any suggestions for when and how I should submit a claim for the missing Altitude Bonus Miles?

These bonus miles post on a weekly basis on Sundays.
